Our main task is to find an optimal solution, especially when it comes to key issues such as a uniform temperature distribution, shortened heating times and less stress / strain tolerance of the refractory material and the efficiency increase of the whole system.
 
As MEFKON is not associated to producers of refractory material or components we are therefore able to integrate highest-quality products from burner, control and refractory technologies into our systems.

SPECIAL SOLUTIONS

As experts we see it as our duty to analyze the specific needs of our customers. This analysis includes the precise knowledge of the used refractory material, the vessel logistics and the heating times. Based on this information and the future demands on the new heating system, the best solution will be determined with the most efficient burner technology. In compliance with the customer’s specifications, the heating system are designed and manufactured according regulations and standards for the purpose of maximum energy saving.
