4) Converter

Vertical heating station with secondary air, TWIN blower system and additional oxygen injection for drying / tempering of new lined converter, with air burner and 2-stage radiation recuperator or oxygen burner system. Program controlled drying cycles between 8 h and 100 h, max. heating temperature 1200°C.

Horizontal converter preheating station with air burner and 2-stage radiation recuperator or oxygen burner system for fast heating of converter, max. temperature 1200°C.
5) Scrap Chute
Scrap drying station for drying of frozen and wet scrap for chutes and baskets. Burning chamber with air burner and secondary air, TWIN blower system. Vertical machine column with lid and air suction system. Program controlled drying cycles between 90 min and 240 min depending on water content in scrap. Hot air volumes between 6000 Nm³/h and 30000 Nm³/h with temperature between 150°C and 250°C.

6) O2 Control Line

Oxygen control line for converter blowing lance. Blowing volume between 1500 Nm³/h and 10000 Nm³/h.

7) Ladle

9) WASTE GAS LINE TO FLARE STACK BURNER

Flare stack burner with stainless steel guiding and one or two ignition burners.
10) O2 Lance

Combined water-cooled oxygen burning and blowing lance or water-cooled burning lance. Heating temperature up to 1450°C, oxygen blowing rates up to 3500 Nm³/h.
11) RH VESSEL

Vertical heating station with secondary air, TWIN blower system and additional oxygen injection for drying / tempering of new lined RH vessels, with air burner and 2-stage radiation recuperator, oxygen burner system or MEFKON combined oxygen-air-gas burner (MEFKON OAG Burner). 12) LIFT GAS CONTROL LINE

Ar / N2 lift gas control line with high precision mass flow control system and pressure indication per line.

13) Ladle Shroud / Nozzle

Ladle shroud /nozzle heater with automatic ignition and flame monitoring. Heating times between 45 min and 120 min, max. temperature 800°C.
14) TUNDISH

Tundish multi-burner heating station with secondary air, TWIN blower system with air burner, oxygen burner system or MEFKON combined oxygen-air-gas burner (MEFKON OAG Burner). Program controlled drying cycles between 8 h and 100 h, max. heating temperature 1200°C.
15) SEN

SEN heater with open burner system or with pot, as suction type with moveable pot or SEN oven for 1 - 12 SEN. Heating times between 60 min and 120 min, max. heating temperature 1200°C (temperature controlled).
